I first hired Bill in 2017 when purchasing my first home. I really had no idea what I was getting myself into and Bill was very patient and thorough, walking me through things and providing me a report that went into great detail. I couldn't be happier with the inspection Bill performed. As an out of state investor, I rely on the eyes and expert opinion of others to assist me. Not only did Bill take numerous photographs of the property under contract, he took several pictures of the surrounding houses, the street, etc. His inspection was incredibly detailed, from the basement to the roof and everything in between. Bill is awesome!!! After reading some of the reviews here, I gave him a call to inspect my new condo and I'm SO glad I did. He was very thorough and explained things during the process, which was helpful and eased my anxiety. He answered any questions we had and took a look at areas where we expressed concern. He was able to fit me in at a perfect time and recommended a great mold specialist when I asked. He didn't try to get me to spend extra on anything I didn't need, and even advised against things I didn't - which is so refreshing! He is very friendly, professional, and top notch. He summarized the report before leaving, then had it to me that night! On top of the excellent service, I must say his price was fair! I highly recommend him! ** When moving before, I had used a big inspecting company my realtor recommended. They charged twice as much, rude, and horrible. It ended up costing me big because of their oversights and the report took days. Save yourself that stress ** - CALL BILL! He truly made this a fun experience like it should be. Bill was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I recently hired Bill at MSRE Home Inspection Services on a purchase of a property that underwent a complete renovation. Leading up to the home inspection, Bill took the time to explain the home inspection process, and had great communication on what goes into a full inspection as well as provided us with the expected timeline for when the full report would be complete (approximately 24 hours from the time of inspection). Bill not only met all of the expectations of the inspection, he far exceeded them! Bill provided us with a full inspection report approximately 3 hours after the inspection was complete. Additionally, he provided us with all of the pictures that he took of the property, something that my wife and I very much appreciated.
